February 18 Oxford Academic Gowns. Oxford University’s academic dress and the story of Shepherd and Woodward: Adrian Palfreyman (Director).
March 18 Milton Margai School for the Blind in Sierra Leone. A charity evening talk by Peter Penfold.
April 15 Easter Bonnet and Pudding Festival. Please bring a pudding and win a prize for your fancy hat.
May 20 The Northmoor Trust. Claire Poulton Director of Education and Training of the Wittenham Clumps talks about the work of the Trust.
June 20* Barbecue at Willows, Faringdon Road, Shippon. (Note 6.00 p.m. Saturday)
July 15* Christs Hospital, Long Alley. A visit to the Governor's Room and talk by Geoff  Morris followed by a drink at the Anchor.
August 19* A Mystery walk with Mike Austin. Details to follow.
September 16 Numbers: Toys, Tools and Magic. A light-hearted and intriguing talk by Richard Kirby on the fascination of number.
October 21 Bring and Share Harvest Supper with Entertainment.
November 18 My Aussie Antecedants. Rod Hunt’s grandfather was born in Geelong in 1858. In this fascinating family history Rod explains why he isn’t an Aussie.
December 16* Christmas Carols and Finger Buffet in South Aisle of  St Helen’s Church.
